All the staff were friendly and helpful. the human touch and communication are the most important thing when nervous/ anxious or in pain. The room is great. I only discovered I could raise the table the next morning - it would have been useful to know as I had to lay flat and juggle my legs to move it in and out.

Felt isolated. Everyone has been kind and considerate. Equipment taken from room without my promission e.g drip stand. No TV remotes.

The best thing about my care here was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. I think the communication of problems/treatments between staff and patient could be improved.

The care, professionalism, and reassurance from all members of the team was second to none. My stay in hospital was made a very positive experience because of the excellent care that I recieved. Thank you.

Everybody was extremely professional + worked hard. very caring + helpful. Drugs very long waiting time + lost in transit which results in bed waiting times

Good care of my illness by doctors, nurses and other health care staff. All services are excellent. Only problem I noticed is the noises the window and ceiling made when strong wind blow (gale).
